Yes, the mix is a lower sugar option as we use stevia to balance. It also has dried egg and egg whites in the mixture compared to the pre-made having whole eggs/egg white so it won't come out as big/fluffy as our pre-made option. Taste great and can be used for pancakes or loaves as well!
